It is allowed to exist for little Pinholes, Undispersed fiber bundles and Tiny defects if electrical insulating board doesn’t effect to meet the safety requirements in the manufacturing and applications of transformers and cables. This paper is highly refined and cleaned to ensure uniform thickness and formation. Diamond Dotted paper is made of Kraft coated with heat curable epoxy electrical insulating board.
